RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, new or unused items can be returned to the Durham Convention & Visitors Bureau (DCVB) within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price, shipping and handling charges, and taxes. Please contact DCVB first at memorabilia@durham-cvb.com or (919) 680-8316 to let us know that an item is being returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of contacting DCVB; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping or for returning the item in person to the Durham Visitor Information Center, 101 East Morgan Street, Durham, North Carolina 27701-3333.
